INSTRUCTIONS

Before requesting a quote please have a look at our product catalogs. Once you have found an item (or items) that you are interested in make note of the item number(s), and any options that are not specified by the item number such as color, size, etc. This information will help us expedite your request for prices.

Next consider the style of lettering (font), the color of the lettering, and any clip art you would like to appear on the item. Use the charts below to find the corrisponding number designations for these choices and enter them on the request form.

Lastly, type the text that you would like to appear on the item. Please be careful to check all spelling, punctuation and accurate information. Although we try our best to catch any errors and typos, due to our efforts to produce your items promptly it would simply be impossible for us to catch everything. However, after you have received your quote and if you decide to accept the terms we will send you a proof of your text so that you will have yet another chance to proof-read it before production begins.

When you have approved the proof we will send you payment request and once payment has been made we will quickly produce your item and send it to you by your chosen method of shipping.
